Were you incessantly scrolling through Instagram during the pandemic, envious of stories featuring overwater villas from the Maldives or by influencers enjoying game drives during the great migration of Masai Mara?
There’s one thing common to both, other than the jealousy they invoke – you’ll end up burning a massive hole in your pocket. What nobody will tell you though is strategically accumulating points, on spends worth ~6-8 lacs in a year can help you significantly offset the costs for such luxurious getaways, and in some cases entirely fund your vacations.
Hotel loyalty programs can be confusing, having to navigate blackout dates, limited availability, or other restrictions may affect your ability to use points for certain stays or experiences. While it’s a good idea to go through the fine print and understand the program’s rules before relying solely on points, not everyone has the time or energy to do so, but don’t worry we have got your back!
Introducing to you the most thorough and comprehensive guide on Accor’s loyalty program – Accor Live Limitless (ALL).
For the uninitiated, Accor is one of the world’s leading hospitality companies managing a network of over 5,100 hotels spread across more than 120 countries, this French establishment is a giant in its industry and offers some truly unique experiences through its properties.
With the company’s origins in Europe, it doesn’t come as a surprise that around 42% of its hotels and resorts are spread across this picturesque and scenic continent. Accor’s portfolio, however, extends beyond Europe as well, with hotels in bustling urban centers, beachside resorts, remote lodgings, and everything in between.
In India too, Accor has a strong presence, with about 57 properties situated all throughout the subcontinent. Among these, the luxurious Raffles Udaipur has quickly become one of the most sought-after havens, serving as a venerated oasis for travelers from all across the globe.

Membership Status Levels and Benefits
There are a total of 5 status levels that an Accor member can achieve: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with Classic being the lowest which is awarded on enrolment and Diamond being the highest one can attain.
Leveling up to the next tier must be either through meeting the criteria of staying for a minimum no. of eligible nights or by earning certain status points. What are status points, you may ask? As an Accor member, you can earn two types of points: (1) Status Points, which are used to determine your elite status level in Accor’s ALL Loyalty Program; and (2) ALL Reward Points, which are Accor’s reward currency and can be used to redeem stays, transfer to airline partners, shop for products, and more.
The table below lists how many Status Points you earn for every €10 spent:
All Brands except those mentioned in the subsequent columns | Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Mama Shelter | Mantra, Peppers, Breakfreem Art Series, Adagio Original and Long Stay Brands | Adagio Access, JO&JOE and Greet |

How to earn ALL Reward Points
Through Stays
The obvious and the most straightforward way to earn ALL Reward Points is through stays. All ancillary expenses incurred during the stay such as F&B, Spa, etc. count towards the calculation of reward points. Depending on one’s status level, the following table illustrates the number of ALL reward points one can earn for their stays per €10 spent:
Reward Points | Classic | Silver | Gold | Platinum | Diamond |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
All Accor brands (except those mentioned below) | 25 | 31 | 37 | 44 | 44 |
ibis, ibis Styles and MAMA Shelter | 12.5 | 15.5 | 18.5 | 22 | 22 |
MANTRA, PEPPERS, BREAKFREE, ART SERIES, ADAGIO ORIGINAL AND LONG-STAY BRANDS | 10 | 12.5 | 15 | 17.5 | 17.5 |
ADAGIO ACCESS, JO&JOE AND GREET | 5 | 6.25 | 7.5 | 8.75 | 8.75 |
Please note: All stays should be booked through either Accor’s website/ app, the hotel’s reservation desk, or Accor’s worldwide reservation team. Like all other loyalty programs, OTAs and 3rd party bookings are not eligible to earn reward points, properties aren’t liable to honor elite status either.
Flying Partner Airlines
When flying through partner airlines such as Air France, KLM, Qantas, and Qatar, in addition to the air miles earned through revenue flights, one is also eligible to earn additional ALL Reward Points providing a fantastic opportunity to double dip.
Partner airlines | ALL Reward Points For Airline Spends | Airmiles earned for Accor Hotel Bookings |
---|---|---|
Air France | 2€ spent = 1 ALL reward point | 1€ spent = 1 Flying Blue mile |
KLM | 2€ spent = 1 ALL reward point | 1€ spent = 1 Flying Blue mile |
Qantas | NIL* | 1 A$ spent = 3 Qantas points** |
Qatar | 2$ spent = 1 ALL reward point | 1€ spent = 1 Avios |
*No ALL-Reward Points are earned for Qantas Bronze, Silver, and Gold members, however, Platinum status holders, earn 1 ALL reward point for A$ 5 spent on the airline. **Applicable only on eligible stays in Asia-Pacific.
Note: You can only link one airline partner at a time, and once an airline partner is linked, you’ll need to wait at least 12 months before linking it with another program, so choose wisely! This is the link to register an airline partner.
Credit Card Transfer Partners
For those of you who don’t have organic stays planned at Accor hotels, credit cards are the best way to earn quickly rack up ALL Reward Points. Below are some of the recommended credit cards in India having Accor as a transfer partner:
Credit Card | Transfer Ratio |
---|---|
Axis Magnus | 5 Edge Reward Points = 2 ALL Reward Points* |
Axis Reserve | 5 Edge Reward Points = 2 ALL Reward Points** |
Axis Atlas | 1 Edge Mile = 2 ALL Reward Points |
HDFC Infinia | 1 Reward Point = 1 ALL Reward Point |
HDFC Diners Club | 1 Reward Point = 1 ALL Reward Point |
*5 Edge Reward Points = 4 ALL Reward Points only if Burgundy Status is maintained. (Limited Period Offering)
**5 Edge Reward Points = 4 ALL Reward Points only if Burgundy Private Status is maintained.
Dining
1 reward point for every € spent at participating restaurants.
Organizing Meetings
All professional “Meeting Organizers” can earn ALL Points by booking meeting and guest rooms at 28 brand hotels for their events. They receive 1 ALL point for every €2 spent. To earn points on guest rooms, a minimum of 8 rooms are required. These rooms may be paid for individually by guests or by the meeting organizer.
The meeting organizer is not required to attend the event; however, this must be specified in the meeting contract with the hotel. Double dipping of points is possible for both the individuals staying in the rooms as well as the meeting organizer, provided both are ALL members. There is no limit to the number of Rewards Points that can be earned barring Fairmont brand hotels outside Asia-Pacific, in which case a cap of 60,000 points applies. Room extras such as internet, minibar/room service, and meeting room facilities like projectors are excluded from earning points. Rooms not booked under the meeting group are also excluded.
Flight and Hotel Packages
1 status point and 1 reward point are earned for every €2 spent on a Flight+Hotel package booked through Accor’s website. It is applicable when a member is present during the entire duration of the package. Unfortunately, these stays don’t accrue towards eligible nights or status points and no elite status benefits are offered.
Events and Activities
1 Reward Point for every € spent for booking an event or activity through Accor’s website.
Car rentals, Shopping, etc
One can also earn points through taxi bookings, car rentals, train bookings, online shopping, etc. through Accor’s website. Points earning vary for each of these activities. For details, please refer to this link here.
Bonus Tip
To find out how much status and reward points one will accrue for their stays, make use of the calculator provided at the bottom of the page by Accor here.
Status & Reward Points Validity
Status points and Status Nights are valid until December 31st of the year when they were earned. For instance, if you stay from December 5 to December 7, your points and nights will be valid until December 31st of the same year.
Reward points are valid for 12 months and will be extended for an additional year with each eligible transaction. If no Reward points are credited to your account within a 365-day period, your points will expire without the option to restore or transfer them. Transferring HDFC & Axis points is considered an eligible transaction for extending points validity.
How to Redeem Points
Here comes the fun part, unlike Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, IHG, Hyatt, and others the value of ALL reward points doesn’t have to be calculated dynamically, which means you can redeem 2,000 ALL Points for a flat value of €40 (by 15 September 2023, ALL will be reducing the minimum redemption requirement from 2,000 Reward Points (equivalent to EUR 40) to 1,000 Reward points (equivalent to EUR 20) when booking on ALL.COM or the Accor ALL app, at all participating Accor hotels.
Here’s a list of all the ways one can redeem ALL reward points:
Hotel Stays
All participating hotels which accept payment through ALL reward points can be booked and payment can be made in multiples of 2,000 ALL reward points for a value of €40 during the stay.
However, there are some points to note:
- One can easily identify properties that accept ALL reward points through the Accor app. The properties accepting ALL points will have the ALL logo as shown in the below screenshot.
- There are 4 ways in which one can redeem ALL points for their stay:
- The most efficient way in our opinion is by selecting a “Pay at Hotel Rate” and settling the bill through ALL points at check-out, this enables you to bill extras such as airport transfers to the room and clear them as part of the final bill. However, we do advise you to confirm with the hotel if they allow redemption at check out and if any special conditions are attached to such redemptions in order to avoid any last-minute hassles at the hotel.
- Online reservation on the app/website and selecting payment of ALL points as a payment option. However, the important thing to note is, there may be a limit to how many points can be redeemed online for a particular hotel, hence, you might have to pay the rest during check-out. Also, in most cases, payment of taxes cannot be done through ALL points.
- Calling the central reservation team (Accor’s Indian reservation team number – 18605002020) and asking them to redeem ALL reward points for the stay. If you are connected to an agent who is well-versed with the loyalty program, they may be able to redeem the entire expense of your stay through reward points.
- Calling the particular hotel directly and following the same steps as above.
- Some hotels may be able to redeem ALL reward points in multiples of 1,000 points, although there’s no certainty, you can try your luck by requesting at the front desk.
- Not all room rates are bookable/payable through points. Prepaid, non-refundable, and red-hot room deals that require payment upfront cannot be paid through ALL reward points.
⚠️ Do note, to book or check the points rate, your Accor account should have a minimum of 2000 ALL points; otherwise, the points requirement will not show up.
Onefinestay Homes and Villas
Onefinestay offers luxury homes and villas in 50+ destinations across the globe. You can redeem ALL reward points at these stays in the following ratio:
Activities, Experiences & Products
Although this might not be the best use of ALL Reward Points if one has a ton of them lying around, a quick look at some of the redemption options might be worthwhile. For example, a 3-day Go-Singapore Pass which includes entry to Universal Studios, Jurong Bird Parks, Gardens By The Bay, etc. retailing for ~19,000 Rs., can be bought for 21,142 ALL points, which gives a value of ~0.9 Rs/point which isn’t bad at all. you can explore more. Explore more here.
Similarly, you can buy experiences and products with your Accor points. The following image shows some other items that you can explore here.
Transfer to Airline Partners
This might be the second best use case of ALL points apart from hotel stays. Accor has 30 airline transfer partners where ALL points can be converted to air miles.
Below is a list of airline transfer partners along with the transfer ratio:
Transfer Ratio | Airline Partners |
---|---|
2 Accor points = 1 air mile | Aegan, Aeromexico, Air Canada (Aeroplan), Avianca (LifeMiles), Azul, British Airways (Avios), Cathay Pacific (Asia Miles), Delta Skymiles, Emirates Skywards, Etihad Guest, Hainan Airlines, Japan Airlines, Korean Air (Skypass), LATAM Pass, Qatar (Avios), Smiles, Singapore Airlines, TAP Portugal, Thai Airways, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines |
1 Accor point = 1 air mile | Air France and KLM (Flying Blue), Finnair, Iberia (Avios), Qantas, Virgin Australia |
8 Accor points = 3 air miles | Oman Air (Sinbad) |
4 Accor points = 5 air miles | ITA Airways |
20 Accor points = 16 air miles | Air China (Phoenix Miles) |
You can transfer by going through this link.
Sweet Spots
While there are no sweet spots w.r.t value in Accor’s loyalty program as the redemption value is fixed at €40 for every 2,000 points, there are definitely some aspirational properties and all-inclusive resorts one can book to minimize their cash spends.
For the purpose of the below-mentioned calculations, we’ve assumed the exchange rate to be 1€ = ₹ 90, which puts the value of 2,000 ALL points at ₹ 3,600, i.e. 1 ALL point will roughly have a value of ₹ 1.8.
- All of Accor’s properties in Maldives are redeemable through ALL points. One can book “Angsana Velavaru” for ~34k ALL points. The best part of this redemption would be that this is an all-inclusive resort, and hence all the meals are included in this rate. Please note: Transfer fees from the main island to the resort would be charged extra by the hotel which may/may not be payable through ALL points.
- All-inclusive resorts in Africa (which typically include all meals and 2 game drives per day) such as Mantis Founders Lodge in South Africa for ~21k ALL points per night.
- Aspirational properties such as Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam for ~37k ALL points, Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena, Spain for ~22k ALL points, Raffles Udaipur for ~23k ALL points, etc.
Since the tariff for a particular hotel and/or dates are dynamic in nature, the no. of ALL points needed for your trip may vary.

Concluding remarks
Marriott has been the darling of credit card enthusiasts in India for quite a few years now. However, with HDFC and Axis having onboarded Accor as a transfer partner, that too within quick succession, it has quite literally changed the landscape for hotel redemptions from an Indian context.
Unlike Marriott, which had decided to take the path of dynamic pricing since March 2023 for their award stays, Accor continues to provide an outsized value for its reward points, with the added benefit of having an excellent presence across Europe and Africa.
We hope this article has sufficiently piqued your interest in the program, Happy redemptions!
