  • Users can cancel their application at any time before approval.
  • If cancelled **before verification begins**, you may request a refund (subject to processing fees).
  • If verification has started or access has been granted, **no cancellation** is allowed.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@pointsdojo.com within 24 hours of payment.

📌 Refund Policy

  • No Refunds are provided once Access to premium channels has been granted.
  • Payments made in error or duplicate transactions may be considered for refund after review. Contact us within 48 hours of such payment.
  • No partial refunds are provided for voluntary withdrawal after payment.
