Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 as applicable in India. This policy outlines how items—digital or physical—are delivered to members participating in the PointsDojo community's trading system.
1. Scope of Deliverables
PointsDojo provides a platform for verified members to trade digital goods such as:
- Airline Miles
- Hotel Points
- Travel or Gift Vouchers
- Other reward-based codes or entitlements
Occasionally, physical items like voucher cards or gift boxes may be exchanged directly between users.
2. Digital Goods Delivery
- Digital goods (e.g., codes, e-vouchers) are delivered electronically through Discord DMs, registered email ID, or via SMS.
- Buyers and sellers are advised to agree in advance on the delivery method and timeline.
- Expected delivery time is 24–48 hours post-payment, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
- Users must ensure email and phone number submitted during verification are active and accessible.
3. Physical Delivery (if applicable)
- If a trade involves physical delivery of items, the seller must use a trusted and trackable courier partner (e.g., India Post, DTDC, BlueDart).
- A tracking number must be shared with the buyer within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Estimated delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on location.
- All delivery charges (if applicable) must be communicated by the seller in the trade post.
4. Non-Delivery, Delay & Disputes
- In the event of a delay or non-receipt, the buyer must first contact the seller directly.
- If the matter remains unresolved for more than 48 hours, the buyer should contact the PointsDojo moderation team.
- The moderation team will review the matter; however, PointsDojo is not liable for loss/damages resulting from member-to-member trades.
5. Verification, Responsibility & Risk
- All members must complete the verification process and agree to trade rules before accessing the platform.
- PointsDojo does not act as an intermediary, broker, or reseller. All trades are directly between individuals.
- Each member is fully responsible for verifying the identity and authenticity of the counterparty before proceeding.
- PointsDojo is not liable for issues including but not limited to: item not as described, incorrect delivery, fraudulent behavior, or delays.
6. Legal Compliance
- All users are expected to comply with applicable Indian laws and avoid trading in prohibited or regulated goods.
- Personal data collected during verification is stored securely and used solely for community safety and dispute resolution, as per our Privacy Policy.
